The macOS assets are bare gzip streams rather than archives, so the executables
carry no name of their own; the sidecars are stored as
`mihomo-aarch64-apple-darwin` and `mihomo-x86_64-apple-darwin`.

The exact source archive is distributed with the release artifacts at no charge.
Mihomo comes without any warranty, as described by the GPL-3.0 license.

## sing-box v1.14.1

Daligo distributes sing-box as an optional second core. The source code is
unmodified; the Windows and macOS executables are built from it with a reduced
feature set.

The Windows (x64, ARM64) and macOS (arm64, x86_64) executables are compiled
from the source archive above with Go 1.25.5 (`.go-version`), `CGO_ENABLED=0`,
`-trimpath`, and the build tags and linker flags recorded in
`third_party/sing-box.lock.json`. The builds are reproducible, and their
SHA-256 hashes are pinned in the same file. Each build verifies its target and
downloads the corresponding source archive to
`artifacts/sing-box-source-v1.14.1.tar.gz`.
The sing-box project does not sponsor or endorse Daligo.

## Wintun 0.14.1

Prebuilt Binaries License разрешает распространять `wintun.dll` только вместе с
программой, которая обращается к Wintun исключительно через документированный
API из `wintun.h` («Permitted API»). Именно так с библиотекой работает Mihomo,
поэтому условие соблюдено. Библиотеку запрещено изменять, декомпилировать и
разбирать, а также удалять из неё уведомления о правах — Daligo ничего этого не
делает и сверяет оба SHA-256 при каждой сборке.

Wintun принадлежит WireGuard LLC и предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо
гарантий. Упоминание Wintun и WireGuard LLC здесь описывает только состав
поставки: WireGuard LLC не имеет отношения к Daligo, не поддерживает и не
рекламирует его.

## sing-box GeoIP and GeoSite rule sets

Daligo bundles unmodified SRS rule sets from MetaCubeX/meta-rules-dat, branch
`sing`, commit `17edf5cd39c2be04d6f179c3048556dd25ab92ce`.
The bundle contains 260 GeoIP and 1,901 GeoSite files for offline use.
